CHRYSO®Dem Xtra 252

CHRYSO®Dem Xtra 252 is a delayed ready-to-use mould release agent. Sprayed onto the surface of a metallic mould, it ensures easy mould release on all concrete after the concrete has hardened. Applied on metal formwork, CHRYSO®Dem Xtra 252 allows for high quality concrete surface while reducing the maintenance needs on formwork. CHRYSO®Dem Xtra 252 helps prevent rust stains on the formwork to transfer on concrete surface. In addition, rust stains on the mould can be eliminated with the use of CHRYSO®Dem Xtra 252. To prevent the potential reappareance of rust stains on formworks over time, CHRYSO®Dem Xtra 252 should be used repeatedly. The anticorrosion performance of the product is depending on many external factor and should be tested onsite.

CHRYSO®Dem Eco 10S

CHRYSO®Dem Eco 10S is produced without solvent, from vegetable raw materials. The answer for fast and clean stripping of forms in the mould, ideal for the precast manufacturers who require fast-pace production of concrete precast.  It comes in a very light color, odorless form oil, which is notably of high quality and easy to use.

CHRYSO®Dem Aqua 22S

CHRYSO®Dem Aqua 22S is made up of paraffin waxes that allow easy placing of concrete during vibration. The entrapped air escapes easily and has a favorable influence on the appearance of the release concrete. Facings are smooth, bright and free of veining. CHRYSO®Dem Aqua 22S is recommended when it is necessary to have a bubble-free surface on grey or white concrete. While improving the visual appearance of the concrete facing. CHRYSO®Dem Aqua 22S will allow the future application of rendering and paint according to the conditions defined by the professional practice rules for the application of coatings.

Vegetable release agents

Composed mainly of an oily matrix from the cereal industry (rapeseed, sunflower, etc.), vegetable release agents have the advantage of offering a good HSE profile, good facing quality and ease of spraying. Chryso offers a complete range of release agents suitable for each use.

Synthetic release agents

Composed mainly of oily matrices resulting from the selection of synthesized molecules, synthetic-based release agents have the characteristics of a wide range of application, resistance to steaming and good finish quality. Chryso release agents are particularly distinguished by their robustness to different application conditions.

Mineral release agents

Composed mainly of oily matrices from hydrocarbons and recycling, mineral release agents enable cost optimization and can be applied to numerous supports.
