CHRYSO acquires MODERNE METHODE and BETON ACADEMY, and proposes a unique offering on the market

On November 18th, 2016, the CHRYSO Group acquired MODERNE MÉTHODE and BÉTON ACADEMY, thus enhancing its offer for decorative concrete.
MODERNE MÉTHODE was created in 2003 and is a French leader with an international span on the decorative concrete market for Applicators.

The company has built its notoriety and development on two pillars:

•  Training, with its BÉTON ACADEMY, which proposes some highly technical modules to guide this new craft of « decorative concrete applicators »,
• Some innovative, robust and sustainable systems, which meet the aesthetic requirements of customers.

The decorative concrete offer of MODERNE MÉTHODE is built on its expertise in stamped, polished and micro-topping concrete, millimetric coatings with different aspects such as stabilised-sand, granite, marble, metallized effect, as well as resins and stampable overlays.

BÉTON ACADEMY comprises 11 training centers to the craft of « decorative concrete applicators ». It is approved and ISO 9001 certified.

Thanks to these different technologies, CHRYSO enlarges its offering and proposes a large and effective range to the New Construction and Restoration markets.
With this double acquisition, the CHRYSO Group will intensify its technical and sales forces in France, and will implement the offer to its international subsidiaries.
The teams, know-how and solutions of MODERNE MÉTHODE and BÉTON ACADEMY remain unchanged, and will join the CHRYSO Group.
